Born in 1959 in Lausanne, Pierre-André Bertholet graduated from HEC Lausanne (MsC in Economics - 1983) and from IMD (Executive MBA - 1994). Pierre-André works in the financial sector since 1985 and visited the Kumbhu valley and Lukla in 1998.
